1-2-1 & Small Group Classes

Private lessons can be arranged for 1-on-1, a couple or a small group at various times and days. The lessons are tailored to your individual level and to the specific goal you might have.

The sessions may take place at either of the two locations:

1. At the Burrells' Wharf Studio for small group lessons, or

2. At the beautiful rooms at the Physical Health Clinic for 1-2-1 lessons. The rooms are 3 minutes walk from Moorgate Tube station. The address is 33-34 Chiswell Street, London, 
EC1Y 4SF. Changing rooms and showers are provided.

Yoga for stress reduction
This is a slower paced Hatha Yoga class designed to help you reduce stress manifesting in the muscular tensions and mental tiredness. Yoga for stress reduction works by releasing tensions in the muscles through stretching, lowering blood pressure (and heart rate), regulating breathing and promoting greater self awareness. 

Yoga for weight management 
Private yoga classes can be tailored to your individual needs including weight management. Regular practice of yoga aids digestion, helps eliminating toxins while toning the whole body. Pre & Postnatal 
Prenatal yoga is tailored to the 2 or 3 trimester of the woman’s pregnancy. This practice helps mothers to be develop the mental and physical strengths in preparation for birth giving. This class focuses on improving general fitness safely. It involves deep toning of the birth muscles, improving posture & balance (to prevent/ease back pain) and promoting relaxation and calmness through awareness and control of breath.

Postnatal yoga is designed for new mums focusing on regaining strength and fitness after the birth. It focuses on toning the back, the abdomen and pelvic floor muscles, strengthening and releasing shoulders and legs and creating stability in the body. It involves breastfeeding counter poses and deep postnatal restorative postures to help woman regain their energy levels after labor.
