'Pregnancy Yoga': 5-week course
The ‘Pregnancy yoga’ course mixes strengthening postures with restorative and relaxing ones. Each class encompasses pelvic floor exercises, breathing and mindfulness techniques, as well as the elements of visualisation. In addition, the classes are accompanied by relaxing background music to further encourage relaxation and engagement of all the senses. Together, the practice will strengthen and stretch your entire body, improve balance, circulation and digestion. Furthermore, the techniques taught will equip you with the tools to gain a better control over your body and its response to stress aiding a sense of wellbeing and relaxation.
